RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The customer is responsible for any loss/damage/misuse/neglect/abuse/theft or unexplained disappearance to the rented items. The customer is also responsible for returning all rentals in the same condition in which the rentals were received, except for ordinary wear and tear.
All broken or damaged items must be returned to Affair Lifestyle Boutique. If broken items are not returned, they will be deemed missing and invoiced at full replacement value.
Full replacement value will be charged for any items missing or damaged due to neglect/abuse/theft.
If in the event any items are not returned or items damaged beyond typical wear-and-tear the credit card on file will be charged at full replacement value for each item.
